Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item, without giving any reason.

Once you have notified us of your decision to withdraw, you must return the items without undue delay and no later than 14 days from that notification. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

We will refund you no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method and will include the standard outbound delivery cost (excluding any premium delivery options you selected).

Exemptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to final sale items or other goods exempt under applicable law.
